kickstarter: Dana Peters builds costumes and sets from hand-printed paper and performs strange rituals of her own devising, weaving together shapes gleaned from the natural world to create new forms. Her current Kickstarter project, The Wild People, will culminate in a printmaking residency program in Buenos Aires.  Blushing Skull, above, is just one of several original artworks available to backers. As Peters puts it, “I am exchanging the art that I have made and the art that I will be making for the opportunity to begin a completely new body of work.” Out with the old, in with the new…
